This winter invite yourself to begin your Tuesdays with intention, warmth, and connection. Starting February 4th, join me every Tuesday morning from 8–9 AM for Tea Tuesdays, a regular Tea Ceremony gathering designed to create a moment of stillness and reflection in your week.

Each session offers a sacred space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and ground in the quiet rhythm of the season. Together, we’ll share in the practice of tea — a simple yet profound ritual that invites presence, mindfulness, and connection with nature and one another.

Whether you come seeking a peaceful start to your day, a grounding practice, or a nurturing community, Tea Tuesdays are a weekly invitation to center, reflect, and be. Come to one , a few, or them all.

| TEA CEREMONY | 

We will begin our gathering with a traditional Tea Ceremony.

In this ceremony, we will be practicing the Chinese ritual of Cha Dao, which translates to "the way of Tea". This ancient practice invites us to live in harmony with nature, regard the lineage of both the practice + the leaf, and embrace a slower pace of life. Through this practice, we will explore the profound connection between Tea and our own beings

Note: the Tea that will be served is wild/organic – this means it is direct from plant to person who picked + prepared the Tea to our Tea table. This also brings an additional element of community connection to our gathering.

After our Tea Ceremony meditation, we will continue the invitation of reconnection by creating space to relate to one another + further go after connection with ourselves, one another + Nature through conversation.
